THE GROUND RULES.

TERMS OF USE.

Updated October 31, 2026. These terms apply to the TriTrain website and training guidance provided by Ready Apps LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

1. The iPhone app’s license

The TriTrain iPhone app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), unless a custom agreement is supplied with the app through the App Store. That agreement governs your license to the app, including its applicable warranty, liability and termination provisions. These website terms do not replace or change it. See Licensing & acknowledgments.

2. Intended use

TriTrain is intended for adult athletes aged 18 or older. It helps organize swim, bike and run training around the information you provide. Enter accurate information and use your own judgment when deciding whether a session is appropriate for you.

3. Training guidance and your health

Training plans, zones, workload estimates, reference paces and race estimates are general fitness guidance. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment or a guarantee of race readiness or results. The adaptive planner uses product rules; it is not a clinically validated coaching or injury-prediction model.

Exercise carries risk. Consider your health, experience, equipment and conditions before training. Consult a qualified health professional if you are unsure whether an activity is suitable, and stop exercising if you experience concerning symptoms. Do not rely on the app for emergency assistance.

4. Your information and choices

You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping any backups or exports you need. Missing or inaccurate workout data can affect planning suggestions. You can control automatic workload adjustments in the app. Our Privacy page explains how information is handled.

5. Acceptable use and ownership

You may use the website for lawful personal purposes. Do not interfere with its security or operation, use it to infringe another person’s rights, or misrepresent an affiliation with TriTrain. TriTrain’s original branding, design and content belong to Ready Apps LLC or its licensors. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses; these terms do not restrict rights granted by those licenses or by applicable law.

6. Availability and external services

The iPhone app is now available on the App Store. Website demonstrations are illustrative and do not create a personal training plan. Features may change as the app develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that every estimate or item of content will be free of errors.

Strava integration is not active in the first release. Any external service you choose to use is subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices. An external link does not imply a partnership or endorsement.

7. Founding 50 and payments

The Founding 50 was our early-access program for up to 50 accepted participants aged 18 or older with an iPhone running iOS 17 or later. Enrollment closed when the app launched on the App Store; the app is now available to everyone.

Selected participants received eight weeks of free early access beginning when they activated their invitation. There is no payment requirement or automatic conversion to a paid subscription. We asked participants for short feedback check-ins at weeks two and six; positive feedback, public reviews and referrals are not conditions of participation. Early-access features may change, and an invitation does not guarantee a particular training result.

This website does not sell subscriptions or collect payments. The current core app does not require a subscription. If paid features are introduced, their price and applicable terms will be presented before you decide to purchase.

8. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections. The app’s licensing terms are set out in the EULA linked above.

9. Updates and support

We may update these website terms as the service changes, with the revised date shown on this page. Changes do not remove accrued rights or automatically amend an existing app license. Visit our Support page for current launch and support information.
