A LITTLE GUIDANCE FOR THE ROAD.

HERE TO HELP.

TriTrain for iPhone is live on the App Store. Here’s a guide to the app.

Download the app

TriTrain is live on the App Store for iPhone (iOS 17 or later). Download it free — no email or password needed; the app creates an anonymous account automatically. Download TriTrain on the App Store.

Build your starting plan

Choose Sprint, Standard, 70.3 or Full distance, then enter your race date, training experience and available time. Update your profile when your circumstances change. Your plan is guidance, and you stay in control of how you train.

Log the session you actually did

After training, record your duration and effort. You can also enter distance, heart rate and cycling power when available. Accurate logs help the planner compare your completed training with the schedule.

Understand an adjustment

Open Plan insights to see the reasons behind changes to future training. The app considers recent workload and recovery as well as the time you have available. You can pause automatic adjustments. Changes are based on planning rules and are not medical advice or a guarantee of performance.

Set your preferred units

Choose miles or kilometers in your profile. Body measurements have a separate metric or US preference. Swimming pace is shown per 100 meters.

About Strava

The Strava connection is still in development and is not active in the first release. You can log sessions manually without a connected account or watch.

Your data and your device

The app creates an anonymous Firebase user automatically, with no email or password. Open Today → Training settings → Account to see its connection status or retry a failed connection. Workouts remain local; the account does not provide cloud backup or sync. Keep your device backed up if you want to preserve locally stored training data. See our privacy information for more detail.
